Availability of funds varies during the course of the year, and each application is reviewed on a case by case basis.
 

Application for financial assistance must be made in person at Helping Hands office during regular service hours (10:00 am - 2:00 pm) Monday - Friday. We take the last sign in of the day @1:30 pm.
 

• The applicant must have a completed Helping Hands file with all documents required from our guidelines for eligilibilty.
   
• Current bill (bill statement) in their name.
